Terms of Service

DLD Cleaning 24/7, LLC provides commercial cleaning services — including office, medical and dental facility, retail and hospitality, industrial, post-construction, and deep cleaning — under individual service agreements. The specific scope, frequency, and pricing for your facility are set out in your written proposal or service agreement, which controls over these general terms where they differ.

Quotes are based on the facility details and service scope you provide and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work changes, if facility conditions differ materially from what was described, or upon agreement at renewal. Overnight shifts scheduled between 11 PM and 7 AM are provided at premium rates, which will be identified in your quote.

We come 24 hours a day. Scheduled visits take place at the times agreed in your service agreement. We will work with you to reschedule when conflicts arise; repeated last-minute cancellations or regularly blocked access may result in a missed-service fee as described in your agreement.

You agree to provide safe access to the areas to be cleaned, including keys, access codes, or an on-site contact as arranged, and to disclose any hazards (biohazardous materials, structural issues, pest conditions, or other unsafe conditions) before service. We may decline or pause work that our team reasonably believes is unsafe, and applicable charges may still apply.

If a completed visit does not meet the agreed standard, notify us within 24 hours and we will correct the issue at no additional charge. Your remedy for any service concern is re-performance of the affected work or, at our discretion, a credit for that portion of the service.

Invoices are due net 15 — payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date. Late payments may accrue the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by California law, and we may pause services on overdue accounts after written notice.

We are licensed and insured, including general liability coverage, and our technicians are background-checked. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the affected service period, except where a higher limit is required by law or stated in your agreement. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by faulty building systems, fixtures, or items not properly secured by you.

Either party may end a recurring service agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate service immediately for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or conduct that endangers our team.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms apply to services provided after the date they are posted on this website. Your active service agreement governs in the event of any conflict.
